New City Hinted in new Quest?

Could this be a new city from an upcoming patch/expansion?

They hinted to a western continent in the Companies info update so who knows, maybe a glimmer of hope for an expansion (I'm expecting Q32013 for it)

I think they meant 3rd Quarter (Business) of the year 2013 as their expected date they see an expansion coming.
