I am having trouble turning in quests, I am trying to do the lvl 5 lancer quest, well I finished it and am currently level 6 and won't let me turn it in, nor will it allow me to turn in a level 3 simple quest in the lancer guild please help!!!

Most of the time when a quest rewards you with gear you have to choose a reward from the Options. Then you should be able to click Complete.
