Kind of a noob question.

So I was wondering guys, if I re - roll a character. Do I have to pay again for it? Or is it free?

You add slots for characters to your account via the website, and then you can do whatever you want with them. If you delete a character in a slot, it just becomes an empty slot, and you can click on it to create a character.
