Desyncing with Party

Time: From around 6pm- 10pm EST on 9/7/13 for when the worst issues happened
Frequency: Only during dungeons and increased in frequency through-out the night

Area and coordinates: During the three dungeon quests- Sastasha, Tam-Tara, and Copperbell Mines

I start playing around 2pm EST on 9/7/13. I started Limsa Lominsa (Upper Decks) and proceeded to continue on the quest of It's Probably Pirates. When I was in Sastasha dungeon- I noticed that my one party member was not on the screen but didn't think anything of it because he appeared later. When doing the quest for Tam-Tara and Copperbell Mines, I was on the phone with my sister. While playing these dungeons- the desync issue became more frequent with it only fixing itself when I died, lost a connection, or logged off and logged back in. These issues would be that I couldn't see a person or that a person on my screen appear two or three rooms back and in fact would be right next to me. If it wasn't for my sister telling me that everything was fine and running smoothly on her PC- I would have though it was lag. Instead by the last dungeon I had to log out and back in about 5 to 6 times. A piece of Equipment that I acquired during the Tam- Tara run never made it into my inventory and the Copperbell Mines dungeon- I did not receive credit for completing the quest, even though I completed it with my party.
