RMT Spam is out of control..

I've never received so many /tells and seen so many /shouts and /yells of "www.buymygoldforrealmonies.com" in my entire life in any MMO... This is outrageous... I used to play FFXI and at first it was pretty bad. But it got better. Devs... please find a way to mitigate this because it is ruining my gameplay (as well as others I'm sure).

Possible Solutions:
1. SPAM Filters
2. Easier way to Blist people i.e. Right Click Add to Blacklist
3. Make it impossible or hard to create names such as Zxcvcat Mbghg'rgwa

Just please... please find a way fast D:
