having support issues

Anywho the issue is as follows for those who actually read. The beginning quest for leves entitled Leves of Swiftperch has glitched out on me or more appropriatly the levequest from strygwyr or whatever his name is is no longer in my journal and i can't get it back the mini map shows the orange circle but the leve is nowhere to be found. All they would have to do is reset this quest that gives literally not enough xp to matter and i can go on but until then i cant do leves dungeons or continue passed the lvl 15 main quest. Feel free to bash me its ok i just felt like i had to say something as ive tried gm tickets support email and bug reports to no avail. have had this issue since beta phase 4 because of the server lag of people all logging in and in the same spot not because of my isp
