Anyone know how to access phone or chat support? I've seen screenshots of chat support, but whenever I go through the support funnel I never get the option.

SE isn't know for the best customer support. I've only been able to get in contact with them via week long emails to get absolutely zero help. Good luck :D
Still, a method of contacting them via chat does exist, hence the recent post about their bad customer service that got escalated to getting a dev response. Anyone know how to access that chat support?
When I receive an email indicating my ticket has been created if I follow the email's "cancellation link" I see a "chat support information" option and a SQEX login link, but both links go dead.
The Final Fantasy XI support page has chat.
This seems to be the equivalent FFXIV page, completely missing the chat feature...
Same situation! I have a problem with my CE bonuses and all I got was a "Unfortunately the SQUARE ENIX Support Center cannot assist with this issue via email. In order to further assist you, we will need you to contact us via phone or chat, and the SQUARE ENIX Support Center will be happy to assist you."
But I cannot find the chat option, is disabled?
You are required to submit a ticket before you're directed to chat support. If you live in NA the phone number to contact Square Enix customer support is: 1-858-790-7529. Be prepared for a two+ hour wait regardless the option you choose.
