Anyone know what leve gives these or where I can buy them off a npc?
I have the same question. Also, where is the Horned Scale Mail?
I have the mail fron 1.0. I don't remember if I bought it at AH or not.
If I remember correctly, you can get the scale armor from completing one of the chain quests at Coerthas post Titan or you can hope you win the lot on the Aetherial version from Cutters Cry.
