How do I heal locksmith when the gods forsaken poison kills my fairy and sustain doesn't even keep up? I have tried about 5 times and I can never keep my party healed and my fairy alive.
Do I just have to heal this fight without Eos or Selene?

until SE feels like working on AV so either our pets aren't affected by the poison or when we eat the fruit they gain the benefit of it you are better off as a whm... its too much of a strain on a sch. From what I have seen people are taking 2 WHMs rather than 2 SCHs or one of each
As others have said, Swiftcast. Eos would die roughly every 4 stacks, more than enough time for swiftcast to come off cooldown. Also tell your party to stagger when they eat fruit. When the DD's get their first stack of the fight, have them eat a fruit then have them eat fruit every 2 stacks, while you and the tank eat every 2 stacks. This makes the fight a bit more manageable since only half your party will have the dot on them at a time.
It'll look like this
1st dot: DDs eat fruit
2nd dot: you and tank eat fruit
3rd dot: DDs eat fruit
4th dot: you and tank eat fruit
and so on
Last boss is pretty fun as scholar cause you get to have Eos run around with 9(cap) stacks of the boss's gimmick on her and just not care.
It's totally doable without the fairy, though. I've run that dungeon many times and I haven't yet bothered to get my THM up to 26 for Swiftcast. Position yourself properly so you can reach everyone by taking the fruit immediately to the left of the entrance. Have the tank tank the boss right where it is, grabbing the fruit in the back right corner of the room. DPS take the other two fruits.
Keep the boss on focus so you can see when he's about to use his attack (Hooked Burrs I think?) and prepare for those occurances with liberal use of Adloquium, to absorb some of the damage while everyone runs to a fruit.
In fact, heavy Adloquium use in general is just a good idea for this fight. Scholars have incredible mana regen ability, so take advantage of that and try to use every last drop of your mana for that fight. Usually I end boss fights with about 60-80% mana, but for that one I just go all out and usually end with 15-30%.
Also, make absolutely sure your weapon is updated. Weapons make a huge difference in the power of our skills, far more than armor stats, so if you're using a crappy old level 32 weapon or something it's gonna be very tough. Grab the level 44 grand company grimoire if you haven't yet.
