it was once a favorable stats for Weaver and Goldsmith, back in 1.0
no one as far as I know been researching this for ARR
Yea was hoping to start a discussion on it. See what we can come up with.
At level 23 those stats do not seem to affect crafting for me.
STR is a factor for gathering. Once you get high enough to unlock node bonuses, around level 15 I think, having certain stats will give you a bonus. I've gotten an extra gathering attempt because my strength was over a certain value.
I'm pretty sure they just got rid of stats affecting anything for DoL/DoH otherwise they wouldn't have removed them from all the gear. DoL nodes might pop up with a stat being required for the bonus but they feel like they are arbitrarily there like the elemental ones. You pretty much just get them for being that level and nothing more.
