Chocobo causing party malfunction

The reason I am making a point of this because I have seen others in the General forum with a similar issue with their chocobo.

Time: 20:50 BST
Frequency: One-time
World name: Midgardsormr
Character name: Reebie Baramnesra
NPC name: My Chocobo is affected
Monster name: N/A
Class/Level: MRD 32
Party or solo: Party
In-game time: 5am-ish ET
Area and coordinates: Near Camp Tranquil for initial problem but currently around Moraby Drydocks
Steps:
1. I died
2. Chocobo died during or after my return to an Aetheryte
3. Chocobo did not disband, and cannot be withdrawn/returned because it is saying she is not summoned
4. Party requests from my other half's character (Lilah Esuna) are not getting to me.
((In other words - party system seems to be momentarily malfuntioning))
