Level 30 Dungeon?

Currently lvl 32 but i dont see a lvl 30 dungeon i can run.Did i miss a quest line?

After haukke manor, you can get the dungeon brayflox by talking to the NPC at vesper bay that unlocks it at lvl 32. It is the same one that gave you halatalli
