So im looking to create a static type thing. I did have a few friends and we set up a group until they got into ESO beta and basically gave up on this game. You're best off looking into joining FC/Linkshells for this kind of grouping.
You can do this by going into the Community Forum and into their respective world threads for the list of available ones.

ESO sucks so bad lol, I feel like your friends will be back shortly. Was not an enjoyable experience.
