item will suddenly disappear when I found out when lost a few rings

Conversion map(teleport or runs map/Conversion class) will reply it disappeared before

now I could not play games(Most disappear rings+wrists)

(i now Lost 10 + rings / wrists)

ps: and i friends have same thing happened
