Dear Development Team,
I believe that having instant actions that last <10 seconds and take a couple seconds to take effect are counter productive. Many times, as a DPS and as a healer, I have found myself with less than 6 seconds left on such actions after using one or two of them.
Therefore, I think that it would make sense for instant actions to not trigger the GCD or any delays. More importantly, that I could cast two buffs without having to use the /wait 1 command in between them.
I agree, it's funny when you line up a burn and half the CDs are over by the time you finish activating them
you can fit an ability in between every buff activation. the only way square will change this is to take away cooldowns from cross classes
I just want to be able to put on 3 buffs that aren't on the GCD and be able to start DPSing right away. I really hate the way buff CDs work in this game.
1.) They're clunky to use.
2.) You get half a billion of them, especially for some classes.
3.) A lot of them don't do anything interesting or change how you play. Oh, I auto attack twice/thrice. How about something FUN that might change my rotation or something?
These buffs are boring passive junk and the annoying part is you have so many of them AND they're clunky to activate.
I like buffs having the 1 second animation time, it means you actually have to think how to activate them to get the most benefit out of them. If they didn't have the cast/animation time, they would pretty much be all macro'd together as 1 giant button.
