Why is the lnc guild posted twice on this arch?

While I was running through Old Gridania from Apkallu Falls to the Lancers Guild, I happen across an arch (shown below) that has 2 lancer icons. Is one of them supposed to be a Leather worker icon?

Nope, the light greenish one in the bottom left is the icon for the nearby store.
