where are system settings stored

Hi

I want to use my laptop for crafting while watching tv and my pc for the fighting due to better graphics and frame rate etc.

However it turns out that the settings aren't shared so i have to reset all my gear settings; button locations etc.

:confused: does anyone know where this information is stored so i can transfer it between my pc and my laptop for a smooth transition between the two ?

Any useful information is welcome.

The files don't have friendly names but i'm gonna try the ones that changed yesterday on the basis they will be my main char's details.
