Is Grand Strides broken on GSM?

I turn it on, use a touch ability, Bamn dissapeared straight away every time. Know bug?

That's the way the ability is supposed to work. Great Strides only doubles one touch action, but you needn't take that action right after using the ability, and it won't dissipate unless you either succeed with a touch action (in other words failed touch actions and other actions like synthesis, steady hand, inner quiet, etc. don't count) or the three turn duration runs out.
