Unable to complete mining fieldcraft levequest "Breach and Build"

Steps:
I was able to complete 7/8 of the quest's mine locations however the 8th location was nowhere to be found. All 7 of the other locations were near the quest marker except the last one which was most likely unreachable because it had spawned inside the mountain. This made it impossible for me to complete the quest and I was forced to abandon it.
