Keybinds Adjustment Suggestion

The keybind "Cycle through Partylist" in Move Cursor up(down)/Cycle up(down) through Party List should be removed because we don't need it as we already have F Keys for it.

It should merged with Action Bars keybinds so please change it to Move Cursor up(down)/Cycle through Action Bars Up (down) to make it simple

The keybind for Cycle through Enemies should be shared with Cycle through UI Component Tabs, if this is not possible then please implement a function where a keybind can be shared between 2 settings.

The keybind for Confirm Command should be shared with Ready Chat Log

Also please remove either of the keybind Cancel or Close All UI Commands as these two functions the same.
