The NPC dialogue and quest journal text for the beastman stronghold step of this quest mention Sahagin NPCs (which seem to be the correct targets). However, the quest tracker objectives tell you to kill U'Ghamaro kobold targets, which is incorrect. Aside from the quest tracker text, everything else about this quest seems to be correct.
