Scammed for $40

Thank you Square ENIX for scamming me for $40 for ps3 hardcopy bull shit game that u can't even play. i can't even return this piece of crap. Next time you should be prepared when u release a game. Half of the people can't even make a character or login.

Did you pay for it with a credit or debit card? If you did you can contact your financial institution and explain the situation. They will get your money back for you.

Welcome to the world of MMOs. If you want to play in the first few weeks you better expect server problems. And it's by no means a scam. It's common knowledge that MMOs often have problems at the begging.

So, next time you by an MMO in the first few weeks. Keep in mind that there will most likely be server problems.

People need to quit the crying and complaining...the game just came out...give them time they will get things worked out...when an MMO first comes out there is always gonna be issues so deal with it like the rest of us and be paitent

It is true that most all MMO's have server issues at launch. But what is also true is customer rights when it comes to "finished/fully released" products. Anyone who still can not play the game based on their customer rights in whatever country they live in entitle them to a full refund regardless of what the retailer or company claims.

If you can not play, cant create a character, cant access servers, and your retailer refuses you a refund. Than your bank will fight for you, and win.

I am not saying ppl should be doing charge backs, but it is something that is available to anyone in this exact situation when they can not resolve the issue with customer support, or the retailer they bought it from.

as of right now for this post 20 of the 27 servers are open and accepting characters

And 7 of them are closed. But of course you should just create a character on a server that 15 of your friends are NOT on. Because this isn't an mmo or anything where you are supposed to play with friends, or anything like it..

People acting like 7 servers are open and the other 20 are closed, I understand you want to play with your existing friends but you can't choose a different server and get some new online friends after all it is a MMO that you play with others just not your friends.

People should not what they are getting into when they buy an MMO in the first few weeks. If everyone got a refund then there would be no MMOs.

What annoys me is that people claim that it's a "Scam". The word "Scam" is used far too much.

This is a pretty dumb statement - almost everyone plays an mmo to play with their RL friends. That's asinine and retarded that somebody would say "ah forget about it make some new friends"
