Microtransaction: Apperance

The last thing any Final Fantasy XIV player wants to hear is the word micro-transactions.

However, in this case I hope you'll hear me out.

The 'Phial of Fantasia' item, obtainable by only one assured method (Veteran Rewards) would be a great addition to the optional services list.

For those of us who either aren't happy with our appearance, fickle or just fancy a change, in exchange for a fee we'd get another chance to get our characters just right.

Any update on whether this would be possible or not would be greatly appreciated.
