Aurum Vale

having trouble keeping my team alive on AV, keep wiping on first boss, eating a morbol fruit should clean my pet of debuff too or at least buff my physick.

any other scholar able to beat this boss? it's driving me mad! :mad:
otherwise i need to wait for pet to die then resummon it (7 secs) and do all this while poison (interrupts casting) and heal the rest of the party, scholars need a heal buff the heals are weak

This is probably one of the more harder bosses for Scholars but still easily doable. I've done it many times and not wiped once. Try keep your pet alive for as long as possible while using it to heal others, once it eventually dies you should still be able to keep up with healing as long as people are eating fruits at 2 stacks. It's all about knowing when certain attacks are coming when hes doing the aoe start casting succor and remember to use energy drain to keep mana up

Just wait until you fight the Demonwall in Amdapor, that is straight out a nightmare for us (or any healer). Aurum Vale is not too bad actually.

We have cleared it 2 times. We have never been able to clear it with scholar. Everytime we have a scholar we all die. I think you need a WHM for this one.

What? I didn't have any problems, only wiped once as it was my first time and first time on any healer class ever.....
Position right and everyone should eat the Fruit every 2 debuffs (On the first boss and every 3 on the last), I can't remember my pet dying and if it does you should have time to recast it.
