Latency After Maintenance Makes Game Nigh-Unplayable

After the server expansion maintenance, I've been experiencing periods of high latency which causes everything and everyone around me to freeze in place for a few seconds. Before the maintenance, I ran the game just fine with normal, occasional periods of lag while participating in events with large numbers of players. It was kind of annoying but easily worked around. Today I logged in for the first time after the latest maintenance and found it to be far worse. My friend list and duty finder list wouldn't load so I attempted to log out to see if that would fix it. After I clicked exit game, the world around me froze for a good 60 seconds before I was given error 90000 and booted from the game. Upon logging back into the game, my lists loaded correctly so I attributed it to a minor hiccup and proceeded to queue for Brayflox's Longstop. Upon engaging the first pair of monsters(I think the monster I attacked was a Colibri if I recall correctly and I used the Provoke ability on it), the world froze again and after another 60 seconds I was again given error 90000 and kicked from the game. I quickly tried to log back in and received error 3102 once but after that I was able to get back into my group with no problems. They were fighting some more monsters so I jumped in and helped defeat them. I typed an apology to my party but when no one said anything, I noticed that everything was frozen again and I was once more booted from the server with error 90000. I haven't attempted to log in again since.
