Not sure if this is the correct place, so move me if it's not please.
For the actual sake of all melee gap closer's. I don't understand why they are such a long CD when the wizards of the game have spammable slows and binds.
I think the gap closer's, like shoulder tackle should be no more than 20 seconds of a CD.
Feedback would be cool, flame or not, I don't care.
