Any idea when NA legacy servers will open up?

been scanning the threads, just wondering if anybody knows when some of the NA legacy servers will open up to new people, only reason i bought this game was to play with my wife, i dabbled on other servers and really like the game, but i dont want to lvl up the same toon twice, shes apart of a big gamming communite so shes defently not switching servers, just curious if anybody knows anything about when i might beable to finally play with her or if anybody has herd about possable realm Xfers for those of us that have been seperated from loved ones and friends, Thank you
