Hiw would everyone like it if you could rate a person on the loadstone or in game on how they acted in game during a raid , dungeon or just exploring. Am tired if people being A holes in random party's and not being able to have some feedback about it.

No, because people would only use this to leave negative feedback and never positive.

Now, let me say this. Who would have time to study every party member. This is just pointless.
When someone is doing a good job, no one says anything.
When someone screws up, everyone lunges at his throat.
WTF? No! You're opening up one hell of an avenue for harassment here. Don't like someone? Leave a bad review. Doesn't matter if it's true or not. Hell, get all your friends to too! Let's have a Metacritic party!
I would like to see good ratings too I encourage ppl to leave good ratings
Everyone that wins loot items would all be rated down by jealous people. No thanks. :)
every game that has implemented something like this, it always devolves into a just another griefing tool.
This would be an excellent addition if the system was magical and managed to sort out the liars.
Only like a few options to pick from with all options being good and fair.
