My Experience With Square Enix Support [Need Moderator Help]
Hello, I'm posting on my boyfriends account since my character's level isn't high enough to make threads. I registered my game on the wrong service account.
Account registered August 26

Filled out this form

I got a "received ticket" e-mail

Four days later, SE tells me to fill out the form I did in the beginning

So I did. Got the received ticket 2 days later

Has been 4 days since, and now I got this

They closed my ticket.
I'm not here to bash on SE. I would only like to play my game. Someone with the same issue said they sent in a ticket last Thursday, and yesterday Square Enix gave them a new code to use.
If a mod or someone can help me out here I would appreciate it.
