NM fight text bug: Secundary effects showing small

While fighting NMs (noticed this in several of them) the secundary status effect messages like concussive blow x1, burn, poison, miss and evade (all non-damage text) may occasionally show much smaller than it should.

1: Attack the NM with a skill/spell that causes status effect.
2: The non-damage text (secundary effects like Maim's "Exposed Front", miss and evade messages) occasionally will show very small (like 30~50% smaller than default size)
