Dragoon Jump Animations are too long

There are some great posts on Dragoons and their DPS and what not. One of the things I notice is as the game goes on and we get better gear that has more Skill Speed on it we will do less and less effective damage with our Jumps. The reason why is Jump animation lasts too long. As our skill speed goes up we will get less out of Jump because it is covering up more and more of our open cast time. Right now people say it lasts about .5 seconds past our GCD. As we get more skill speed it will just keep going up.

If we ever get our GCDs down to 2 or 2.1 we will be losing around 1 second of time that we could be attacking with our skills.

Another problem with the animation time is how it can get dragoons killed if an AOE starts up. A lot of people want Jump to be able to avoid damage. I feel it is just better to fix the skills base problem and just speed up the animation. This will let us land and get out of AOE without having the need to dodge.
