Job enhancing heat

So far all the gear looks good and there's higher tiers as you go but nothing really 'special' about each new piece. For example darklight boots for drg/lancer gives str/determination/vit/etc/etc and wyrm boots item lvl 90 gives same or maybe different stats but just higher cap. Instead of more of the same old thing how about throwing on job action enhancements to make those higher sets more unique. We had it in 1.0 where drachen boots enhanced jump for example.

Everything just seems like more of the same, but no real 'flavor'. I think some gear should really enhance your job and not just more of the same just a bit stronger. Gear having job traits could help players specialize their play style.
