Ps3 registration code no longer valid.

I was able to play the early access portion of the game because of the pre order but was later notified that my account may have been hacked, so I was asked to reset password and I did. I have not been able to log in since. When i try to start the game it just says that I need to register the game. When I enter the registration code in the "redeem codes" option it says it is no longer valid. What should I do? I reached out to support, but they just cancelled my ticket. I would love to play the game I payed for.
