I have two character there, and the fact that I can post here is the prove of that...

I don't understand why the lodestone give me this message.

I got error 10102 at first, and that I can't log in no matter how many time I tried. I believe that the instance I entered was bug out. (MRD quest level 5), so it kick me every try when I log in.

sure you using the right service account to log in the lodestone? other than that i would have no clue!
