Am I missing something here SE? Why does this happen?
When I read my DoT/HoT tooltips I don't see any disclaimers that say "May or may not have an effect when re-applying"? Maybe the tooltips need to be updated?
Orrr, and this is gonna sound crazy, maybe this shouldn't happen at all...?
Because you cast a DoT/HoT while you had a temporary buff active, and then tried reapplying the weaker, non-buffed version on top of it once that temporary buff had worn off.
This happens frequently with White Mages and Regen. I forget the name of their buff though. Divine something?
