Why are you closing my ticket?
What the actual FUCK is going on here? My issue has not been resolved nor has it been even addressed.
It took you assholes over a week to even briefly mention about my ticket... A email regarding to close said ticket?
Within that week of issues I haven't been able to play, because you guys inserted an invalid registration code.
What does resubmitting another ticket do? So I just go to the back of the line and wait another week?
Just hand me over a working registration code.
