Lack of responsiveness in non-GCD actions.

Steps:
1. Press the button combination for a non-global cooldown action
2. It doesn't activate.
3. Have to press and hold the combination waiting for the non-global cooldown action to activate.

When I press the combination to activate an action that isn't one tied to the global cooldown, it should just go off. I shouldn't be having to either button mash, or having to continually hold down the buttons, waiting for the action to activate.

In earlier stages of the game this problem wasn't much of an issue. There wasn't many non-GCD skills and, frankly, the content was easier and I didn't have to rely on them so much.

Now that I'm getting more non-GCD skills to use, and I'm having to play more indepth content the responsiveness of those actions is becoming a really frustrating issue.

Brutal Swing (stun) seems to work ok usually, but Foresight and Thrill of battle are regularly problematic. It's especially noticeable when trying to use 2 non-GCD actions straight after each other.

Could I ask the devs to please examine this issue.

I know what your talking about and I'm pretty sure its an animation thing. I may or may not be right on this but it just seems like you can't activate an ability if your in the middle of executing another, even if it isn't affected by GCD. I do dislike this though as it makes interrupting things a real pain.
