Can controllers have a third cross-bar using both triggers?

Please?

All my spaces are filled, the only ability that I could still move off my bar is sprint and that just seems too handy, and that's with two three macros containing 2 abilities each, which I really dislike doing.

I have 2 x 16 hotbars filled not counting my pet's bar. This is a good idea

That is a good idea, not that I've anywhere near filled mine yet.

That said have you tried experimenting with the hotbar sharing settings under Character Config > Hotbar Settings > Sharing?

i've read it somewhere in the beta forum that they'll implement it
they even already have a gif example of how it works
perhaps you'll find it if you search the japanese forum
or maybe my memory is wrong though
