There is a very slight update within game to resolve something with Duty Finder.
Quote from within game:
[3:40 a.m.]From 7:40 p.m. on Sep. 5, 2013 (PDT) / 2:00 on Sep. 6, 2013 (GMT),
[3:40 a.m.]server maintenance will be performed for 5 minutes. During this period, login to FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn will not be possible and access to the duty finder will be unavailable to players already logged in.
