At the moment, you can't, as it's not available in the game yet. It was tested in Phase 4 of the Beta though, but as I never tried it I have no idea how it worked. From what I remember it should be coming soon in a patch though, so just have patience.
The Wolve's Den is a Level 30+ PVP Arena able to be traveled to from the Moraby Dry Docks in Southern La Noscea. It is currently NOT in operation (Place is there, but PVP is unavailable atm). PVP is planned to be implemented in Version 2.1 this November.
