I've been questing and leveling all day and everything has been fine. I went to turn in a quest and accept my rewards but it only listed the gear names. No stats, if my character could use them, upgrade or no...I opened armoury and same thing, I opened character tab and same deal, same at vendors. I've logged multiple times, restarted game, restarted computer, nothing has helped.

Just noticed...I have no info on anything minus spells. I have no tooltips for potions, meals, materials, nothing.

This is the same issue I am having, been having it for awhile now. I have also tried everything I even re-installed the game.

I had this issue earlier today and submitted tickets and posted a few pages back about the issue with my DxDiag as well for my system. Not sure what caused this issue but makes it very hard to continue playing without being able to see item text information. Still waiting on a fix or acknowledgement of issue from support.

Last night I decided to uninstall my game, and run CCleaner for registry clean up and reinstall the game and this did not fix the issue. I don't think this is client side issue.

Logging in on other characters on my account I have no issues on those characters, so this is a glitch due to something and until the technical support team comes up with a cause we will not be able to see our items information text i'm afraid. :(

Make sure you haven't accidentally disabled 'Item Help' window from HUD Layout. Because that produces the exact problem you are describing.

Ty Rados that got me really looking and I found that under the UI config menu it was turned off. Once I clicked it back on took care of it.

omg...that was the dumbest thing ever...how do you even have a check box for something like that ? wow...Thank you for the tip Rados! Square...just take that crap out please. :)
