Did Soken slip in a reference of things to come within the Before Meteor OST!?

Hey y'all! Don't know if anyone posted this one yet, but I have a sneaking suspicion regarding a certain track in the Before Meteor OST if anyone has it.

So take a listen to Track 8. The Japanese reads ”サイレンの呼び声”　or as translated to English "Siren's Song". I can't even count how many times I must have listened to 1.x's soundtrack(or at least the ripped sound files), and I never heard this track before, and it certainly(at least to me anyway) does not sound very much like the theme, eclectic though it may be, that Uematsu seemed to be going for with FFXIV. We already know Siren is inbound at some point. Was this a clever Soken plug? Doesn't sound very much like a primal battle, but irrelevant!

Also, this track DOES exist in another game, or rather another arrangement anyway. It comes from a game called "ナナシノゲム" or "Nameless game", which is a first-person Horror game released in Japan for the Nintendo DS. The theme is known as Nameless theme, and the soundtrack was composed by, you may have guessed it, Masayoshi Soken(albeit under a pseudonym). So it could easily just be a plug of another sort...
