Increase time before auto-kick from party

I was a healer in Brayflox's Longstop. We had 24 minutes left to complete the dungeon and on the final boss when my internet cut out. Well, my internet does do this every two hours, but the connection gets restored usually in under two minutes. It was a run with free company members, and we were together on Teamspeak. Right as the loading screen was appearing, I was dropped from the party, causing another healer to replace me. This is going to make it very difficult for me to complete dungeons.

And before you say to get this fixed - I've been going back and forth with my ISP for about three years on this issue. It's because they oversold to our neighborhood and so the hub outside can't handle the DNS refresh properly.

This wasn't an issue in beta phase 3, and all the party members I was with were very understanding of the issue. I try to be upfront with it, and usually it doesn't cause any problems.
