I got Moved from NA to Japan

my friends character got moved for the Na Midgardsomr to a japan one after the recent maintenance any way he can get moved back

Well that's one way to control the population on servers.

Not at the moment. They're working on a character transfer service I believe though it will probably cost money.
Hopefully they'll add free transfers due to the fact that players were forced to start on other servers because the server they wanted to play on (because of friends/family) was full.
