Not enough time to switch gear...

As a dps whenever I find myself waiting for a dungeon on duty finder I feel the need to do something else other than stand in one spot as my DRG and wait 1+ hours for my spot in line.

I kill time by crafting most of the time. I find that if you craft while waiting for duty finder, that when its your turn Duty finder does not give you enough time to switch your gear from crafting>Duty finder class before duty finder times out and I have to wait another hour. Even if I cancel whatever I'm crafting Immediately I find that sometimes I cant switch my gear fast enough and I get timed out.

I have remedied this by not doing anything for that hour or doing leves. The point i'm trying to make is that an extra 20 seconds would help tremendously in preventing people from scrambling to switch back to their gear. Please just add like 30 seconds to help remedy this and allow the masses to do other things!

You can create a gear set for your classes from your character equipment window, then use those as shortcuts when changing classes. If you create a gear set for, say, your Lancer, you can then drag and drop that gear set onto your macro bar and just click it to change both your class and gear all at once.

create eq sets for each class or whatever classes you use the most, assign those sets to hot bar and bam: insta change on class selected for duty finder with just a push of button

Are you using gear sets? I run around and do other things all the time while wait for que to pop and never have missed one. Just press a button and all switched...The cool down on skills though that is another story.

Gear sets, I can equip my gear in 2 key strokes ;)
