second character creation

Hello!
first of all i want to thanx for the great game.
So, my problem: i play on Ragnarok server, cause all my friends are there. I know actually i cannot create characters anymore.
But, i have 2 character already (on ragnarok), so my question is: if i delete one of two character, is there a possibility to create another new one?
I want to create a second pg cause i like to have one character focus on magic discipline, and the second focus on melee discipline.
(sorry for my poor english)

Doubtful.
If they lock a server, it stays locked untill they decide to unlock it again.
