PS3 Log In Issues

I haven't been able to log in with any character all day. Every goes OK until after I have chosen a character to play. The games then hangs on the World Splash screen which necessitates a reboot of the PS3. It is not an internet issue because I have been able to get online today no problem with FIFA 13.

I even tried creating a new character to see if that would. Again all seems well until the end of the opening movie introduction, then it freezes again. Honestly SE I'm almost at my wits end with this. You are doing untold damage your reputation guys.

How do you suggest i go forward with this? :mad::mad::mad::mad:
