We need this fixed now, i cant tell you how bad this is when in a group on a boss and it does this and i cant get back in for 5 mins this is annoying. Please fix this right away. let us get back in the game right away!!!!

At least fix your post into a formatted bug report. This will go to a different section and be passed over.
I'm in the same boat, got 3102 today... However, when I logged in on the website, I realized there was a new character out of nowhere... Changed my password and all, still can't connect.
Not many people seems to have 3102 today, maybe you should look if you also got the same happening to you.
I e-mailed SE about this issue, however, considering the last tickets I opened, I do not expect an answer before 1-2 weeks minimum zzz

Steps:
1. Got error 90000 and disconnected from duty finder server.
2. Tried logging back in to continue instanced raid, received error 3102 until I was removed from the Duty Finder Server
3. When able to log back in I was unable to rejoin my duty in progress and was locked out of Duty Finder for 15 minutes.
