Cleric Stance and DoTs
I'm curious as to how cleric stance applies to DoTs - I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere. If I have cleric stance up and apply a DoT does the damage boost then apply for the entire DoT (this is what I assumed was happening), or does it only apply when you have cleric stance up, so you have to keep cleric stance up for worthwhile DoT damage?
This thread, while it doesn't cover cleric stance, does cover divine seal, which is basically similar, and apparently the buff it gives to regen and so on continues to apply even if divine seal runs out. Can anyone confirm if cleric stance functions the same way?

Good question, I'll check tonight when I can, and add more info to that thread =)

I have experimented with this a little and from what I can tell, dots take your stats when applied. Meaning that you can cleric stance and apply all your dots and then switch out without losing DPS.
Note, this was just a little experiment I performed while waiting for a queue, but this appeared to work with cleric stance, potions and DPS cooldowns.

Yeah they snapshot, same with divine seal. So they maintain the damage/healing from when cast and not change halfway through depending on your stats.

Nice. Thanks for doing the research everyone.

Another thing i'll do (in reverse) is when i'm soloing or doing damage, i'll remove cleric stance, put on a regen (which will tick for the full healing amount) and then put cleric stance back on.

I also assume dots are not affected by spell haste, and crit?

I have a question is it possible to make a Cancel Buff Macro. (to cancel stance if its on, then heal)
and is it possible to make a cast if not-active macro. (for casting it before a DPS spell)
Don't know any of the macro commands myself.... yet
