Constnat FPS drop

SO I run the game and i can get up to 60 to 80 fps when i stand still. But as soon as I start moving, the fps drop to 20 and below. As long As i stand still it is fine. ANy idea what my problem is?

Even with his specs, it doesnt make sense to drop 40-60fps from moving... Updated your drivers?

My spec is:
Window 7 64-bit
Intel Core i7-2670QMCPU @ 2.2Ghz (8 CPUs)
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Processor: GTX 560

I run other games just fine. This is a frist time I encounter FPS lag with game
I also put everything to minimum
